Jeep 101 & 102 Membership in the BMJA is not necessary to attend. This all-day event is open to all those who own Jeeps (stock or modified) and designed for drivers who have never taken their vehicle off the pavement before. Jeep 101 is an event where anyone with a Jeep vehicle may come and learn about the wondrous off-road capabilities of this legendary machine. We provide a lecture period and movie on safety and off-road driving techniques. Then, after lunch (you provide your own packed lunch) we'll take you on an off-road excursion where you may safely apply the knowledge you've learned from the lecture. Jeep 201 is Vehicle Recovery. How to safely use a come along, a Hi-Lift Jack and a winch. We also have a few vehicles on their sides or roof to turn back onto their tires as part of the demonstration.
